Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Groton, CT

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)

- Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong new graduates considered
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in group and one-on-one settings
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop and monitor IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to student plans
- Adapt interventions to meet each student's unique needs
