- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Previous school-based experience preferred, though new grads with clinical placements in schools are welcome
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure cohesive care
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions within the school setting
- Provide support and education to families and staff about communication strategies
- Stay current with best practices in the field and participate in ongoing professional development
