Full-Time School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity | Griffith, Indiana
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Griffith, IN for the current school year. This is a full-time, school-based SLP position serving elementary-aged students across two buildings (Grades K-5). The selected candidate will support a manageable caseload and work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to help students achieve their communication goals.

Position Details
- Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student progress
- Monitor student outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and district special education requirements
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
