Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct treatment and consultative services in group and individual sessions
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Contribute to IEP development and participate in team meetings
