This role is onsite and part time, with a flexible schedule of three days per week you can choose, working from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM (totaling about 21.75 hours weekly). You’ll share a well-supported caseload of approximately 55 students alongside an SLPA, allowing for meaningful impact and professional collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in school-based speech-language services is preferred
- Strong ability to work alongside SLPA and school staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners with a variety of needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct student assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Develop and implement targeted therapy plans in alignment with student goals
- Work closely with the SLPA to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain necessary records and documentation compliance
- Communicate with families, teachers, and related service staff
