Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team with the school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time onsite position begins July 31, 2026, and continues through May 31, 2027. The SLP will provide services to a K-12 caseload of approximately 75-85 students across two school sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve success both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student eligibility and service needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide services to a K-12 caseload of approximately 75-85 students
Travel between two assigned school sites as needed
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications:
Active Indiana Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (required)
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, with preference given due to potential SLPA supervision responsibilities
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
