Speech Language Pathologist in Heath, OH

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP license issued by the state of Ohio (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting highly valued
- Expertise in assessment, intervention planning, and therapy delivery for children
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings, as well as formal and informal evaluations
- Develop and implement customized intervention plans for students; document progress and adjust as needed
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education personnel, and parents to support student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting
- Provide consultation and training for staff on speech/language strategies and classroom modifications
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
