Qualifications:
- Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Possess current state licensure or eligibility in Ohio
- Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings desired
- Comfortable providing services to grades K-8
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 18 K-8 students
- Deliver 2,700 minutes of direct services per quarter (max 20 hours/week)
- Complete evaluations, develop and monitor IEPs, and provide evidence-based therapy
- Document progress and collaborate with educational staff and parents
- Support students’ communication needs from ASAP through the end of the school year
