Qualifications:

  • Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Possess current state licensure or eligibility in Ohio
  • Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings desired
  • Comfortable providing services to grades K-8
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 18 K-8 students
  • Deliver 2,700 minutes of direct services per quarter (max 20 hours/week)
  • Complete evaluations, develop and monitor IEPs, and provide evidence-based therapy
  • Document progress and collaborate with educational staff and parents
  • Support students’ communication needs from ASAP through the end of the school year
