Qualifications and Experience:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)

- Excellent communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to documentation and compliance within education and healthcare standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services for a caseload of 38 students across various grade levels
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Design and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Maintain thorough documentation to ensure all 7,160 required minutes per quarter are achieved
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for school staff regarding speech and language issues
