- Skillful in both individual and group therapy models
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering speech-language services to a caseload of 38 students across grades K-12
- Completing up to 7,160 total therapy minutes per quarter (max 30 hours per week)
- Conducting comprehensive assessments, writing and updating IEPs, and maintaining compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication development and academic achievement
- Utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough, timely records
