Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP licensure for Ohio or eligibility.
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience strongly preferred.
- Passion for supporting diverse learners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services to a caseload of 38 students, grades K-12.
- Manage a total of 7,160 service minutes each quarter (max 30 hours/week).
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support families in the therapeutic process.
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.
