Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio.
- Proven experience in pediatric and school-based SLP services.
- Familiarity with providing assessments, interventions, and therapy for students in grades K-12.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of 38 students, delivering therapy and support as outlined in IEPs.
- Provide a total of 7,160 minutes of direct and indirect services per quarter.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress.
- Maintain open communication with families, teachers, and administrators.
- Consult and collaborate to address students’ individual needs across K-12 populations.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines and deadlines.
- Promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
