Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Valid Ohio state licensure for SLP.
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, school-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for a diverse K-12 population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to each student.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Consult with staff on effective classroom and intervention strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed for optimal outcomes.
