Qualifications:
- Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- SLP Educator Certificate required
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to a varied caseload, primarily preschool-age children and those identified through Child Find
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports for each student
- Work closely with educators, families, and other service providers to support student communication needs in classroom settings
