Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP CA Credentials required.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome to apply; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) valued.
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings.
- Teletherapy skills and comfort with technology are a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs.
- Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, other therapists, and families to support student goals.
- Engage in both direct and indirect service, including participation in IEP meetings and consulting with staff.
- Stay current with best practices through professional development and regular mentorship.
