Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Jose, California

As part of a collaborative environment, you’ll use your clinical expertise to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy for a diverse pediatric caseload.
Key Qualifications:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) credential required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) welcome
- Experience with pediatric populations in schools, healthcare settings, or teletherapy
- Solid understanding of IEP development and documentation
- Skilled in managing varied speech, language, and communication needs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver services in a supportive, engaging, and culturally responsive manner
