Step into a rewarding role as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students in a thriving educational setting. This full-time, on-site contract position offers the chance to make a direct and meaningful impact on student communication and learning outcomes. As part of a collaborative environment, you’ll use your clinical expertise to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy for a diverse pediatric caseload.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) credential required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) welcome
  • Experience with pediatric populations in schools, healthcare settings, or teletherapy
  • Solid understanding of IEP development and documentation
  • Skilled in managing varied speech, language, and communication needs
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver services in a supportive, engaging, and culturally responsive manner
