Qualifications:
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience working with high school students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to create individualized plans and adapt to student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams
- Offer both direct and consultative services as appropriate to student needs
