Pediatric Speech Therapy Assistant - Revere, MA

Essential Qualifications:
- Hold valid licensure or certification as an SLPA or SLP (including CFY) in Massachusetts
- Demonstrated experience or training in pediatric and school-based settings
- Comfortable managing an elementary caseload and addressing a range of speech and language needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and support teams
- Ability to efficiently travel between assigned schools
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services, focusing on compensatory interventions per student IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and maintain detailed progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to support the holistic success of each child
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment for therapy sessions
