Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations within a school setting
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students on your caseload
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to the educational team
