Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Jose, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Demonstrated experience working with kids with autism is required
- Familiarity with school-based services and IEP processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to K-5th grade students, including those with autism
- Assess communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to implement classroom strategies
- Complete timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Travel between two nearby educational sites as needed
