Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold an active California SLP License and SLP Teaching Credential
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants welcome; dedicated supervisors provided for CFs
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Compassionate communicator invested in student growth
- Proactive and adaptable in school settings, with the ability to serve diverse caseloads
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services for students in K-12 settings
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive outcomes
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and adhere to compliance standards
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and ongoing district-wide professional development
- Utilize assessment materials; reimbursement up to $2,500 available
