Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Meticulously document progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, student-centered care
- Educate and involve families to maximize therapy effectiveness and carryover
- Contribute expertise during meetings, consultations, and IEP planning as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-based populations highly valued
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance independent caseload management with collaborative teamwork
To be considered, you must have a current, state board-approved SLP license and a Master’s degree or higher in the field.
