Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Fremont, California

Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Valid California SLP license required
- CCC-SLP certification highly preferred; CFY candidates also considered
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in a school environment
- Skilled in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct speech therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in groups
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families and staff
- Offer guidance to teachers and staff to support students’ classroom success
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support planning
