School Speech Language Pathologist - Fredericksburg, VA

This role encompasses 37.5 hours per week during regular school hours. While the student population spans kindergarten through high school, preferences for specific grade levels can be accommodated—please share your ideal age groups upon applying.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds or eligible for SLP licensure in Virginia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school settings highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create tailored therapy plans for K-12 students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech and language interventions to students
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
