Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students with diverse needs across K-12 caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct speech-language treatment sessions, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date therapy notes and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings as an active member of the educational team
