Speech-Language Pathologist in Penn Yan, NY

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment and intervention for early childhood and elementary-age students
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in PreK–5th grade
- Manage a caseload of about 45 students, conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and tracking progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success in all learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Plan and execute engaging, evidence-based interventions for a diverse student population
