Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. As an onsite SLP, you'll work with a diverse caseload of approximately 90 students, focusing on helping children reach their full potential in communication and language skills. This school-based position begins with the 2026-2027 academic year, providing the chance to make a meaningful difference throughout the school year.
Ideal candidates will bring expertise in pediatric and educational settings, as well as a passion for helping young learners communicate and thrive. You’ll collaborate with school staff in a supportive environment, with panel-style interviews conducted remotely for ease and efficiency.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid Indiana SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Experience providing speech therapy services to pediatric or school-aged populations
- Comfort working onsite in a K-5/elementary setting
- Background in articulating, voice, fluency, language, and social-communication interventions
- Familiarity with collaborating on IEP teams
- Teletherapy experience is a plus but this role is onsite-only
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to elementary students, managing a caseload of about 90
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
- Work alongside teachers, support staff, and families
