Qualifications:
- Active Indiana SLP license required
- Accepting SLP-CCC, Clinical Fellows, and professionals with teletherapy and pediatric school-based experience
- Familiarity with healthcare settings and elementary-aged caseloads
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for onsite, full-time school assignments
- Experience with caseload management for approximately 90 students preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site speech-language therapy and intervention for elementary students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized care in a school setting
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams for best student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records per district policy
- Participate in panel-style, remote interviews and follow all school onboarding procedures
