Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Indiana SLP license required
- CCC-SLP preferred; will consider Clinical Fellowship Year candidates
- Experience in pediatric settings, particularly within schools, is highly desirable
- Teletherapy experience is a plus, though this position is exclusively onsite
- Solid foundation in speech/language interventions for elementary-grade students
- Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy to elementary-age students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy programs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Contribute to school meetings, team-based processes, and multidisciplinary collaborations
