ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Fountain, Colorado. Position Details
- Location: Fountain, CO
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP)
- Clinical Fellowship Supervision: Provided
- Start Date: August 3, 2026
- End Date: May 28, 2027
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten–5th Grade
- Student Population: Mild to Severe Disabilities
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Colorado SLP license (or ability to obtain).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
