ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Lake Worth, TX to hire a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to provide speech and language services to a K-12 caseload while collaborating with educators and other school professionals to support student success.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday
- School Year: 2026-2027
- Caseload: K-12
- Additional caseload and school assignment details will be discussed during the interview.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for services.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment data and student IEP goals.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and small group settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Follow district, state, and federal guidelines regarding service delivery and documentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
