Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior school-based SLP experience, preferably with elementary-aged students
- Strong skills in speech/language assessment, IEP development, and collaboration
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for a caseload of approximately 55 elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to compliance timelines
- Provide both individual and small group interventions as needed
