- Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with PreK-3rd grade
- Expertise in pediatric speech and language development
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess and document student progress, maintaining thorough and compliant records
- Collaborate with teachers, other related service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
