Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates (CFY) considered
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and creating targeted intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions according to student needs
- Document evaluations, progress, and provide regular reporting
- Consult with teachers, families, and other specialists to support educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams as a key resource
