Step into a rewarding role working with preschool and elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. Two full-time contract positions are available, focusing on early intervention and communication support for young learners. Both experienced SLPs with CCCs and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply—supervision is available for those pursuing their CFY. In-person service is preferred to foster stronger connections with students, though a hybrid work model could be considered for the right candidates.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF supervision available)
- Flexibility and adaptability to serve in preschool and/or elementary settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Passion for delivering evidence-based therapy and a commitment to student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech/language services within school environments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
- Track progress, document interventions, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Offer consultation and professional guidance to teachers and parents regarding students’ speech-language needs
- Maintain compliance with all state and district protocols, ensuring quality care for every student
