Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds or is eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or is a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students in alignment with IEP goals and educational objectives
  • Assess students to identify communication strengths and needs, utilizing both formal and informal evaluation tools
  • Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based interventions reflecting each student’s unique needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to integrate communication goals across the curriculum
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the documentation of student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
