Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds or is eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or is a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students in alignment with IEP goals and educational objectives
- Assess students to identify communication strengths and needs, utilizing both formal and informal evaluation tools
- Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based interventions reflecting each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to integrate communication goals across the curriculum
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the documentation of student progress
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
