Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Accepting candidates with CCCs or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements in a school setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to dynamic caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students with speech or language needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote communication skills in academic and social settings
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
