We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site contract role for the entire 2026-2027 academic year. You will play a vital role as the school transitions from virtual therapy to a fully in-person service model.
In this position, you’ll collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to provide direct therapy, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and support students’ progress across a variety of ages. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) eager to develop professionally in a dynamic school-based setting.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license or eligibility for West Virginia licensure
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates; supervision provided
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based speech therapy
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, in-person speech-language therapy for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement IEPs that reflect students’ individualized goals
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Provide consultation and support in classroom settings as needed
