Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Holds or eligible for state SLP licensure and relevant certifications
- Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or skilled SLPA candidates with school-based experience
- Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Comfortable working exclusively on-site for face-to-face therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students across grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment strategies for a variety of speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in meetings, contribute to IEP development, and maintain clear documentation
- Provide support and guidance to students, staff, and families to maximize communication outcomes
