We are actively hiring 10 Speech-Language Pathologists to join a student-focused school district serving PreK through 5th-grade learners. These full-time positions offer a consistent schedule, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative educational setting dedicated to student success.
Schedule
38.75 hours per week
Daily schedule: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
30-minute duty-free lunch included
School holidays unpaid
Position Overview
As a school-based SLP, you will provide evaluation, intervention, and consultation services to students with a variety of communication needs. You will partner with educators, families, and support teams to help students develop the skills necessary for academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Support students across PreK–5th grade settings

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
