Key Qualifications:
- Current South Carolina SLP license
- Valid Educator Certification
- Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field
- Open to SLPs with CCC or those pursuing CFY
- Experience in school settings is highly valued
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and reassessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student on your caseload
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, adapting techniques and materials as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress and ensure support across educational environments
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required
