Speech Language Pathologist needed in Exton, Pennsylvania

26/27 School Year
Hours per day: 7:30-4pm to 8am-4:30pm
Days per week: Full Time
Caseload size: 30-40
Caseload age: grades K-4

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current or eligible for SLP license in Pennsylvania State
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities
Proficiency in crafting IEPs, conducting assessments, and delivering evidence-based therapy
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders among students
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student outcomes
Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
Consult with classroom staff on strategies to improve communication access and participation
Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds

Compensation for this position ranges from $45-55/hr. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
