Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY candidates, as well as those with pediatric experience
- Previous exposure to early childhood or school-based settings a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for preschool-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy sessions in compliance with early intervention best practices
- Maintain accurate, timely records and effectively communicate progress to educational staff and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and advocate for effective interventions
