Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current PA Speech-Language Pathologist Certification required
- CCC-SLP, CFY, or relevant pediatric experience in schools highly valued
- Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based therapies for early intervention
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with a multidisciplinary team, children, and families
- Ability to document progress and adapt plans to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech, language, and communication interventions for a caseload of early learners (ages 3-5)
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed to promote optimal outcomes
- Liaise with educators, parents, and fellow specialists to ensure cohesive, wraparound support
- Remain informed of current best practices and legal standards in special education
