Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification required
- Experience in pediatric and school-based environments strongly preferred
- Open to SLPs with CCC or those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to inclusive practices and individualized support
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities of children ages 3–5
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address speech and language challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services, adapting methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to integrate therapy goals within classroom and home routines
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
