Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Enola, PA

Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification required
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) accepted
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is preferred
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for ages 3-5
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments and direct therapy to preschool-aged students in the school setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and district compliance standards
