Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current PA SLP Certification (required)
- Completion of or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), or Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working within school settings, particularly with pediatric populations
- Thorough knowledge of early intervention strategies for children ages 3–5
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy sessions in accordance with each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate progress documentation and reporting
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches
