Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathology Certification
- Experience or strong interest in early intervention (ages 3-5)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY eligible; open to new graduates and seasoned professionals
- Pediatric experience in educational or clinical settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to preschool-aged children
- Maintain thorough records of student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators and families
- Design engaging, individualized interventions and group sessions
