You’ll work hands-on with early intervention caseloads, helping students reach critical speech and language milestones and supporting families and educators in fostering positive learning environments. This contract position provides 37.5 hours per week and is ideal for dedicated professionals seeking rewarding and impactful work.
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) also welcome
- Experience with pediatric populations, including school and early intervention settings, strongly valued
- Solid knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques for ages 3-5
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to children ages 3-5, targeting developmental needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for all students
