Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
- Previous experience within a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students according to individual education plans
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and track student progress
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to address student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide documentation, and maintain accurate records
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all students
