Speech Language Pathologist in Bothell, WA

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Washington SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; clinical fellows considered
- Previous experience working with elementary-age students strongly desired
- Knowledge of a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to a school environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language needs within the elementary school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals that address each student’s unique strengths and challenges
- Collaborate with education staff and parents to support student progress and success in the classroom
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Offer guidance and resources to parents and teachers to support students’ communication needs
