Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience working with children in elementary settings preferred.
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Strong commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive educational environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students.
  • Evaluate student needs and create targeted intervention plans.
  • Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and/or social communication.
  • Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting approaches as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining compliance with all relevant guidelines.
