Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous experience working with children in elementary settings preferred.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive educational environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students.
- Evaluate student needs and create targeted intervention plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and/or social communication.
- Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support.
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining compliance with all relevant guidelines.
