Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations in school or similar settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
- Comfortable using assessment tools and technology relevant to SLP services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress, and compliance with district standards
- Conduct screenings, provide direct and consultative services, and contribute to RTI/MTSS teams as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
